Our toys are primarily made from durable high-quality, sustainably sourced wood and painted with non-toxic, child-safe paints. Some of our toys may also include other materials such as cloth, magnets, or plastic to enhance functionality and engagement. We ensure that all materials comply with stringent safety standards, including ASTM F963 and EN 71 to provide safe and durable toys for your children.

Yes, all our toys meet safety standards and are carefully tested to ensure they are suitable for young children. All of our products undergo regulatory testing to meet ASTM, CPSIA, and EN safety standards. Testing has been conducted by a world leader laboratory who also serve clients in the food, environment, pharmaceutical and many more industries. However, please be mindful of the age recommendations provided for each toy. Some toys may contain small parts that are not suitable for children under a certain age, typically under 3 years old. Always supervise your child during playtime to ensure their safety.

The CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) is a U.S. federal law enacted in 2008 to enhance the safety of children’s products, including toys. It sets strict regulations on lead content, phthalates, chemical safety, and testing requirements to ensure that products designed for children 12 years old and under meet high safety standards.

ASTM F963 is a comprehensive safety standard developed by ASTM International for toys sold in the United States. This standard outlines various safety requirements and test methods to ensure that our toys are safe for children to use.

Yes! Some of our toys come with an instructional guide to help you make the most of their educational benefits. These guides are available on the product's page. However, we believe that every child is unique, and we encourage parents to adapt and explore different ways to engage with the toy based on their child’s interests and learning style. Your own creativity and input can make playtime even more meaningful!

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging at this time. Due to the nature of transit, we cannot ensure the quality and integrity of the gift wrap upon delivery. However, our toys are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All toys are 100% inspected before leaving our facility.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping times vary based on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If your package gets lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at orders@lilcrescent.com. For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. For damaged packages, please provide photos of the damage and the packaging, along with your order number. We will then assist you in getting a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
